I can tell you who I am not; I am not a doctor, I am not part of any cult or religion, I don't have a guru or spiritual leader and I am not a life coach. I do have quite a few qualifications because I like to study, but that’s not necessarily important.
I am someone who has completely changed the way I experience my life through mindfulness. Where there was misery and darkness now there is joy and happiness and I feel passionately about helping others to find this in themselves.
If you want to calm your busy mind and uncover some of the peace that is inside you I can teach you some techniques to do so, not as some passing fad but for life.

My commitment to my own practice is key to both my ability to teach and to my happiness in life and as such in addition to a strong personal practice I attend regular retreats and CPD training and follow the mindfulness 'good practice guidelines'
My background is in Media Consultancy and Broadcast Journalism. I have a Masters in Broadcast Journalism, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism, a 1st Class BA hons in Drama & Media Art. I am mum to two young children and live in lovely East Molesey, Surrey.
Frances is passionate about making mindfulness accessible to all and has taught mindfulness meditation to hundreds of people in a range of settings. She recently appeared on ITV1's Sugar Free Farm as Mindfulness Coach. She advises to TV and media and appears as guest speaker at events across the charity, school and public sector as well as in the corporate world. She is a pioneer of Mindfulness based RTT in her 1-1 work, transforming clients quickly to overcome fears, anxiety and depression so they can be more present in their lives. She has run classes in East Molesey near Hampton Court for the last 5 years and now also teaches at venues across London an online.
